And now it's time to look at what Goodreads suggests based on my young adult shelf. I've been around since this category was called "juveniles", but most of the YA books I've read in the last decade or so were either manga or Harry Potter. So we're going to see a lot of manga and fantasy on here. (And a lot of what I read when I was actually back in junior high/high school was books off the adult shelves, which the librarian let pass because I was so clean-cut and a very strong reader.)
